This is smoked brisket with sausage y cucumber salad. Kinda hard to digest this kind of food after a night of heavy drinking, but the place was rad because it’s run by two aging hipsters on the east side of Austin who kept the place interesting by playing really loud punk rock while serving traditional, authentic Texan BBQ.
